Most Rapidly Growing Approach

Hypnotherapy is the most rapidly growing approach to therapy. Physicians, dentists, chiropractors, clergy, psychologists and psychiatrists recognize hypnotherapy as a valuable therapeutic approach.
 

The Mind

The mind works on two levels: the conscious and the subconscious. The conscious level is responsible for everyday thinking and represents 12 % of the mind. The subconscious, the other 88 %, handles our bodily functions (breathing, digestion, etc.) and is the center for our habits and behaviors.
 

Hypnosis is Safe

Hypnosis is a natural state of increased suggestibility. Suggestibility is the process by which we learn our habits and behaviors. Through hypnosis, undesirable habits and behaviors are changed both consciously and subconsciously. What hypnosis allows a therapist to do is reach subconscious processes quickly, and in turn, the client received quicker relief with less cost.
 

Can I Be Hypnotized?

YES! Every person is hypnotizable
 

You May Not Feel Hypnotized

When in hypnosis, you are not in a trance, asleep or unconscious. You are in a heightened state of awareness, where it is normal for your thoughts to drift from one subject to another; therefore, many people do not feel hypnotized.
 

Duration of Therapy

The number of sessions depends on the type of problem, severity of the problem, how long you have had the problem, and your individual suggestibility.
